The X-A5 sports a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and an updated processor which is the fastest among its previous models. This selfie-friendly model gives you a good shooting experience with the newly-added titled 3.0 inch touch-screen LCD. The graphical user interface can fold upward 180 degrees for selfie-taking purposes and this makes operating the camera simpler.

Furthermore, it comes with a professional shooter UHD 4K recording and Full HD video at 60 fps. The X-A5 is also well-equppied with an Intelligent Hybrid auto focus (AF) system with phase-detect points for lightning-fast focusing.

The X-A5 offers several functions and filters that aim to simplify your life while shooting. The 4K Burst Function allows you to quickly produce stills at 15 fps, so you can select the best frame, while a Portrait Enhancer Mode ensures that skin tones are rendered in a pleasing way. A Multi Focus Mode is available for focus stacking, automatically merging 4K images and adjusting the required depth of field for the best result.

Finally, 17 advanced filters and 11 film simulation filters are offered to fit a variety of situations, including fog removal and HDR photography.
