Tokyo Bijin Yakiniku restaurant strikes a good balance between a traditional Japanese style dining in the streets of Subang, SS15. A casual and quiet place, great service by beautiful Japanese staff dressed in Kimono’s and the delicious food.
The sliding door opens to a comfortable feel with charcoal wooden tables arranged with grills in the middle. The menu has a wide range of choices such as sets, starters, meats, seafood, vegetables, salads, soups, rice and noodles, and not to mention desserts!
Private Dining Are
The first dish, pickled fish innards with cream cheese (RM 12) was a great start to heighten your taste buds with a mouthful of flavour. It has a tinge of spiciness and a creamy, crunchy texture. Green onion rice (RM 12) is simple comfort food topped with spicy crunchy onion. Green onion salt beef tongue (RM 24) served in bite size slices were great, succulent and more on the salty side. On the other hand, Scallops (RM 28 per piece) were light, juicy and pleasing to the palette.
The Japanese wagyu sirloin (RM 120) was excellent, served with a slice of lemon, a tinge of pepper and green onions, the thinly sliced delicate meat was deep red with beautiful marbling. The meat melts in your mouth and is best dipped in the special Tare sauce if you are looking for something salty.
Tokyo Bijin Yakiniku also serves soft drinks and beer which pairs best with yakiniku. We highly recommend groups as Tokyo Bijin offers a variety of things to try.
“I have a strong passion on serving authentic Japanese food to the Japanese and introducing Yakiniku to the locals. Try Tokyo Bijin Yakiniku for great flavours and for an entertaining and tasty dining experience.”
